Refund policy

No Exchanges: If a size or style does not fit, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Important: If you benefited from the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" offer, the total discount is distributed equally across all three items. If you return an item, your refund will equal the original price of that item minus its portion of the promotional discount.

Example: The 3 dresses are priced at 20£ each (60£ in total). If you return one dress, you will be refunded 20£ and not the original price of 30£.

Please read carefully before asking for a refund:

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

- Please note that the return procedure may take up to a week or more.

- Because we pay for shipping to offer you free shipping, and because we're a small company, we can't afford the shipping cost of your return, so you'll have to pay for it.

- If the reason for your return is color, unless the caftan contains a color defect, we cannot accept the return because the colors of our caftans are exactly the same as displayed on the site.

- If your order contains two or more caftans and you request a return, you must send back all the caftans in your order, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ornellacaftan-uk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If you have not received a reply from us within 24 hours, please check your SPAM/PROMOTIONS. 

Refunds  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after the payment of the order. After 24 hours, unfortunately you cannot cancel the order as it will already be shipped.
